efesbet reserves the right to void bets placed on events or markets where a clear pricing error, technical fault or incomplete market information was present at the time of placement. Players will be notified of voided bets and the associated stakes returned to their Account balance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the efesbet Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account.

efesbet reserves the right to report suspected financial crime or player misconduct to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable Malaysian and international regulations.

efesbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close an Account, withhold funds and void pending bets in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested.
• Reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering or abuse of promotional offers.
• Receipt of a verified self-exclusion request from the Account Holder or a responsible third party.
• Court order, regulatory direction or law enforcement requirement.

Where an Account is closed following a confirmed breach of these Terms, any Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings may be forfeited. Verified Player Funds not subject to an active investigation will be returned to the Account Holder within a reasonable period subject to applicable legal requirements.

All content appearing on the efesbet Platform — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, game interfaces, logos, trademarks, software and data compilations — is the intellectual property of efesbet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works from Platform content without prior written authorisation from efesbet.
